Dear All,
To better document the work being done and what needs to be done at the
Jewish cemetery in Czernowitz and also in order to help those interested,
to find the graves of relatives, I have assembled all the photographs I
could find, of gravestones on which the name of the deceased is legible, in
one picasaweb album.
This album is accessible at:

I cannot read many of the inscriptions, particularly those in Russian and
may have read some of them wrong. I will be very grateful, for any help with
reading the inscription, advising me of mistakes and supplying me with
information, where I have put no captions.
If any of you have photographs of gravestones at the cemetery, on which the
inscriptions are legible, I will also be very grateful if you would send me
copies which I can include in this album.
Mimi
