[Cz-L] questions

I have two questions of our distinguished experts.
1) I have attached a photo, probably, of a society or club from the late
1920's. Several of the gentlemen wear some kind of badge or insignia that
looks like a flower. Does anybody know what it is, which may help me to
identify what this group is about.

2) Since we are again on the subject of shuls, next to the grand synagogue
off the court yard there was the Moishe Zekeinim shul. I have received some
information about it. Does anybody else have some information to share.
