 Interested in whatever he likes.
  No special emphasis on anything.
   There is no welcome committee or exams.
    My objection was just to explain what our list is about.

I would like to join Edgar Hauster in affirming that anyone interested in
the subject of Czernowitz/Chernivtsi, with a special emphasis on Jewish
Czernowitz, should be welcome to join our list.

For quite some years, the list has included non Jewish members and they have
contributed in knowledge, interest and help on various issues, just as much
as Jewish members of the list, often, a lot more.

Let's not exclude anyone on the basis of religion, nationality or race.
By the way, last year, one of the participants in the SVIT Ukraine
work-camp, was Japanese, as are two of my grandchildren, who I hope will
take an interest in Czernowitz, when they are old enough to do so.
