I was given your book as a gift and wanted to tell you how much I
appreciate you and Leo sharing your story and thoughts. What I am
amazed at as I read is so many of your thoughts are the same as mine.
The experience of a second generation survivor with roots in this town
are unique. I am fortunate to still have my mother to share with but
when I made the trip this past April with my husband, sister and
nephew, she could not come with us. But because of technology between
my computer and my phone, we were able to share virtually.

Again, thank you both for the book I would have written if I could
write like you! My mother lives in NY and I would love to bring her to
one of your talks. She is now 86. My grandparents and
greatgrandparents owned the roemerbad on fabergasse which is now
across from the Romanian embassy.
