[Cz-L] OGMAN in 1936 directory

Thanks to Edgar Hauster I have found in the 1936 directory, Iacob (Jacob)
OGMAN, (AUGMAN / OGMANN), who was married to my great aunt Malka SCHERL /
PERLMUTTER, living in number 20 Costache Negruzzi Street.
My mother, Pepi MUNSTER, from Nepolocauti, used to stay with them during the
week while attending school in Czernowitz. As much as I know, Jacob, Malka
and their daughter Jety (Ita) were murdered in Czernowitz in 1942.
I found the street in the map, near Schiller Park. Was it located in a
Jewish area? If they lived there also in 1942, does it make sense that they
were murdered at home, or more likely while being deported?
