I believe that the name of the Weisselberger who married my mother's cousin
Fritzi Terner, was Elias. He survived Transnistria, but was killed in the
fall or summer of 1944, when a German plane bombed a train in which newly
conscripted Soviet soldiers were on their way from Czernowitz to the front.
I have a photograph of Elias Weisselberger taken in the early thirties and
will gladly send a copy to anyone who wants it.
