[Cz-L] Wet feet in March.

In March the snow starts to melt.
  If your shoes were leaking this was the worst season of the year.
    My shoes were always leaking.
   Wet feet in March in Czernowitz was not pleasant.
   The shoes were leaking because we used clamp-on ice skates and
   these were a disaster to the shoe soles.
     We heard that there were skating shoes with skates incorporated.
     Before the war and the Soviets.
     But in the war years in Czernowitz you were lucky to have shoes at all.
