[Cz-L] Handsome young man - LOBEL from Czernowitz

Hi Jerome,

A photo kept by my grandmother shows a handsome young man I would like
to try finding out who he was.I guess he was born between 1900/1910?The
photo was taken in Czernowitz.

Would you please publish this photo,hoping someone from the list will
recognise him.
