Czernowitzers... I received this message from Susanna Raweh this

remember her children's book which tells the story of her time in
Transnistria as a child. If you have never seen it, I recommend it to

Dear Jerome , Long time no see no hear.I will come to the point.My
daughter is building our family tree and the part of Bukovina and
especially Czernowitz is completely missing.I have no records no
memories being very young at the time of our stay there and in
Transnistria and then over the Bug.

The two names I looking for : Herschel Siperstein and the Sonnescheins .
The former was my grand father and the latters my mother's uncles.
There is also my cousin's family: Mendel Wiesenthal a pediatrician .Is
thereanybody out there who still remembers these names and can tell
something about them... I would be very grateful.
