[Cz-L] Using the photographs from public websites (Ha-Shomer Ha-tzair photo)

For future reference, I believe that anything which is published on a public
website without claiming copyright, can be copied and used by others, as
long as it is for educational or informational purposes and not for gain or
profit, nor is misrepresented.
