Hedwig Brenner is perfectly right. I would like only to comment on a
"gitoig," which is really a "schlecht oig" Ain Hara, as she writes. This
euphemism comes from the Talmudic style. A blind man is called "Sagi Naor,"
which means much light. And when they express something bad on Israel, they
use ob the enemies of Israel.
I had wondered of the source of Kimpeturen, until it came to my mind that
its source is Kindbett. From that came the expression "Sie liegt in Kimpet,
and then the Kimpeturen.
