[Cz-L] Czernowitzer genius.

Every now and again we find another Czernowitz- connected celebrity.
  How proud we are to belong to this genius- producing community.
   If he is also jewish makes this feeling even stronger.
   Was it the water of the Prut or the Carpathian mountain air that
   bred so many geniuses ? And financial wizards ?
    In reality Czernowitz had many celebrities.
     But so had other places.
    Remember : for every Czernowitzer genius there were hundreds of morons.
    For every Czernowitzer mogul - thousands of paupers.
     Can one single out Czernowitz ?
     We look only at the peaks . High over the rainbow !!

    ( In one field we realy excel - in self conceit.)
