Hi Igo,

It's possible to obtain records during a visit, but I suggest you
find out as much as possible before you go to make the most of your
trip. You can investigate ship passenger manifests, and
naturalization records for starters. The JGS-Montreal website
<http://jgs-montreal.org/> has an excellent compilation of resources
for beginning your search among Canadian records. If you're planning
to search among vital records from Czernowitz, many have been
microfilmed already and are available in Family History (LDS)
libraries around the world.

Among Czernowitz cemetery burial records, the following listings can
be found for the the surname REICH:
