[Cz-L] Reinstating ownership in Ukraina.

Quotation from local paper :
"The current citizen of Romania, Mrs. Mary A. was born and raised in
Kalichanke, on the outskirts of Czernowitz, in one of these houses,
nationalized by the Soviet authorities before the war. Her father, John D.
is in the Romanian primaria managed to draw up a will, according to which
Parent property passed by inheritance daughter. Last week, Mary A. Submit a
statement addressed to the chairman of the Chernivtsi City Council with a
request to return to her parental property. Enclose copies of various
documents the era of the Romanian kingdom of the house and its former owners
with the official seal and signature flourishes.

- These documents have no legal force - said the head of the legal
department of the city council , Alexander Sheba. - Under the current laws
of our country, nationalized property, including buildings and confiscated
shall be retained. This means that foreign nationals, whatever the documents
in their hands, or somewhere in the archives do not have the right to claim
ownership of the Ukrainian state."

  This is the current situation.
   No foreigner can claim return of property.
    Unless they return and become Ukraineans.
