Re: [Cz-L]Palace Hotel Rathausgasse

Sorry, my mistake naming Rathausstrasse a Gasse.
 How could I name the Prunkstrasse of Czernowitz a Gasse ?
    This is unforgiveable.
   Gasse comes from the medieval "Gosse" that is a sewer where
the night- pots were emptied in the morning.
   Sometimes from the balcony.
    This would never, never happen on the Rathausgasse where the
   verkackte Elektrische used to run.
     Today every street is vulitza - no difference .
   Except Prospekt Nezalozhnesty which is Independence Avenue
   in the south of town and runs east-west.
     Sorry again,
     i.e. There were 5 Strassen in Cz - the main throughfares:
           Bahnhof- , Haupt -, Rathaus-, Siebenburger and Kuczumarerstrasse.
