Hi Sylvie! I would get in touch with rabbi Kofmanski who has all the right
contacts and is always looking for ways to help some of the poorer to earn
some money. Cornel

Subject: [Cz-L]Re: Excavation of Mass Grave in Close Vicinity to
Moghilev-Podolsk

Dear all,
I am writing my trip report in french then in english.
As I told to Bruce, I was not lucky to find mygrandmother's grave.
Mr Leonid was not very helpful, but with the Drucker maps send by Bruce, I
could help my cousin Nomy Weber to localise the grave of her grandmother
Feige Reicher.
In the Jewish Museum, Mr Leonid gave the authorisation to take pictures of a
register made by the first President of the jewish community, Mr Kaplan :
around 1100 graves are listed with a number and most of the time, first
name, name, date of birth and death, town of residence.
As soon as possible, I will give you this list : I am doing in Excel, so you
can know where it is located in the cemetary.
But the maps drawing by Drucker are very helpful also : we have to do
something with it and Mr Kaplan's register.
Now I have a question : how to clean the cemetary ??
I will give money with pleasure to cut the grass 3 or 4 times a year to
someone, but how to meet the man who will do it ?
If you have some idea, help me to organize it.
Shabat shalom
Yours
Sylvie
