Hardy,
You can be an usual Jew and think: when these Tzoores will pass there will
be new ones, no need to worry about lack of Tzoores. Or you can be
influenced by Viennese Operettas and think:
Glücklich ist wer vergisst, was nicht mehr zu ändern ist!
(He is happy who forgets what no longer can be changed)
After all what can you do about the political situation? The economical
situation? The ecological situation or the Military situation?
I have found that saying at least once a day:
"Baruch sheh hechianu ve-kiyemanu ve-higianu la-zman hazeh" does me a world
of good. I am not in the least religious, but I am happy that I was born,
(and in Czernowitz too), to have survived assorted troubles and to still be
alive right now.
