Dear All,
Yesterday I received an Email from Zoya Danilovich, who is a tour guide and
translator Living in Chernivtsi. Among other matters, she wrote me about the
volunteers from ASF Germany currently working to clear the cemetery of weedy
vegetation

different age - young and even 70 and over, and they worked so hard ! They have
cut down all the trees and bushes on the left from the entrance, got rid of
weedy plants. We talked for a while, the volunteers come from different
countries, mostly from Germany.

The ASF work- camp started July 24th and will continue till Aug 7th.
I think that they cleared areas #1 and possibly #2 on the official plan of
the cemetery, we owe them lots of gratitude.
