Hi Harry...a fascinating article. The difference between my visit in 1964 and yours in 1987 is amazing! I drove across the Romananian _Russian border,controls were to say the least perfunctory and we had people to whom we spoke in German etc. And finally,your then guide,Natasha Masliy,has become a good friend and has helped quite a few list members...and she is meeting me at the airport when I arrive on 17th this month!!
