Hello Bob,

you might want to try The Wiener Library http://www.wienerlibrary.co.uk/
If I am not much mistaken, they already have similiar material.
Although I personally think that such a collection should be held in a local library or museum, but perhaps there is no suitable place in Czernowitz? The Jewish Museum springs to mind but it is perhaps too small? and I am assuming one would need to arrange for specific preservation of these papers ... There is a museum in Bucharest as well, but I would have the same reservation about it.
