No need to install a new "wunderrabi".
Rabbi Kofmanski has taken over this function in Chernivtsi.
Since both he and rabbi Menachem Mendel claim to be the chief rabbi of
Chernivtsi, if rabbi Kofmanski were to move to Sadagora, this would solve
the problem.
