In Austria they call the whipping cream "Schlagoberst" and for short"Oberst."

During my summer vacations in Milie,at my grandfather's farm, I had
my own small vessel for beating the heavy cream into butter.

Mimi,did you know the family Laufer, who lived on Blumengasse?
