I copied and pasted the entire article into google translation. I then got the
German on the left and a sometimes awkward English translation on the
right...really cool and well done.

I wonder if someone could translate the article it seems to have touched so many
readers. I speak German but as I spoke it before I learnt to read I cannot read
German. I would be grateful if someone did have the time and inclination to
translate it.
