Mimi...Carpatair flies Dusseldorf to Timisoara,change to a different
aircraft and on to Czernowitz ,waiting time is 25 mins. Timisoara is the
Carpatair main base and the hub for all their flights. Cornel...

There are now direct flights to Czernowitz from Bucharest and from other
cities in Europe, by a company named Carpatair.
