[Cz-L] Real game of Telephone

Czernowitzers... here's a live example of the game of 'Telephone'. My
correspondent wrote in some unnamed language and then used (probably)
Google to translate it into German.

I looked at the German below and used Google to translate it into
English:

I'm still not clear as to what this fellow is asking. Any ideas as to
what he's looking for? Does anyone recognize Roscoe Street or Joseph
Painter (Painter Joseph)?
