It is refreshing to see again that even the self appointed universally "
well informed " of this list are not perfect.
It is hard to believe that Napoleon would have accepted to be compared to
Chmelnitzki. None of the admirers in England would and not only they.
Their international importance at the time and even today can never be
compared.
