  Soviet time tramvay had a soviet star around the headlamp.
   Siebenburgerstrasse with Hotel Palace in the background.
    30.03.1967 was the last ride of the Elektrische ,as we called her.
     Brake efficiency : I remember that on slippery winter days the
conductor
     pressed a pedal to open a trap door of an ash container to spread ashes
on the slippery rails.
