    Fischplatz with the Judische Kultusgemeinde.
      Which houses the Museum of Jews of Bukowina.
        The name is now Tzentralnyi Palatz Kultury,
           which is Central Palace of Culture.
       It is about nine thirty in the morning .
         How do I know?
           By the length of the shadows.
            The sun has just cleared the Rathaus tower .
           The parking warden looks for clients.
              You can park for 10, 25 and 50 kopeks.
                 So the shield says.
              A new day has come.
