Dear Arthur...

I would like to add my congratulations on your new assignment too. As our "Liaison Officer" to WOBJ you will have to fulfill an ambitious but precious task in keeping the good tradition of "Die Stimme" by implemeting certain improvements. This applies not least to the German section of the newspaper as well. In this recpect you can count on me and my cooperation. I'm confident, that there is a huge editorial potential and the appreciation of the Bukovinian community will be the adequate reward.
