Re:Willy Pragher, he was a Romanian (converted) Jew. They (the Nazis did either willingly or not) chose to ignore his origin. His cousin, Emil Prager (different spelling, same grandfather), was Romania's
most famous civil engineer, who also built the Royal Palace.
Pragher's photographs, some of them from Transnistria and also Cz, are at the Freiburg University in Germany.
