Is this photograph taken from the front of city Hall? Or is the city Hall on
the right outside the boundaries of this photograph?
By the clothes of the people promenading, this photograph was probably taken
before the turn of the century. One set of my great-grandparents came to
Czernowitz in 1980 from Marmorosh, my grandfather wrote that his very
religious mother was scandalized by Czernowitz, this photograph explains it.
