[Cz-L] Cemetery vandalism article

It is in Russian.
Mr. B Grinberg (now in NY) who left Czernowitz some 2o years ago
addresses himself to the Cz. Jewish community officials protesting
against their accepting the Romanian memorial for Romanian soldiers on
the Jewish cemetery, soldiers who most probably were active in WWII
against Jews,Ukrainians and Russians.
All this at a time when in Kishinev Jewish stones are damaged by
neo-nazis. He also says that the Romanian government has recently
decided to contribute to the restoration of synagogues in Czernowitz.
This "false" democratic act (accepted by the city officials) should not
be accepted at face value by the Jewish community of Czernowitz.

Personal note: Kishinev is in the Republic of Moldavia and not directly
relevant to Romanian policy to-day.
