In Romania, at least in the thirties, it was not called Nepolocauti, but Grigore Ghica Voda. It was the customs and border control station for trains going on to Poland. Yes, before both Czernowitz and Galizia became Ukraine.

While researching Nepolokivtsi, Ukraine, (Nepolocauti, Bukovina, Romania;
Nepolokowitz, Bukovina, Austria) I came across two US related organizations/
societies:
"First Nepolokowitz Bukovina Unturstutzung Verein", in "Manhatan
Synagogues", link:
http://www.jgsny.org/landsmanshaft/synagogues.htm

"ERSTE NEPOLOKOWITZ BUKOWINER", in Mount Zion Cemetery,
Path 33R Gate 2, link:
http://www.mountzioncemetery.com/societies.asp

I could not find anything else about those societies.
Any information about the above will be appreciated.
