Dear Anny M.,

"Eine lange Leitung .... ". Sorry for the delay in writing to you.

I can understand very well your feelings for not wanting to return to
Czernowitz anymore.
All my cousins living now in Israël, are not interested at all by
Czernowitz, and also they don't want to go there. Only me, the eldest, I am
attracted by the city where I was born, where all my family was born and
used to live for so many years.

The chance was that the city was not destroyed during the war, and the
"decor" still remains.
Of course the people are no more there, and the life today is completely
different in comparison with what it used to be once upon a time ......

For sure today we only have the nature surrounding the city, the buildings,
the streets, the walls and the stones ......
But, when I go back there, I can "feel" in the air the special "atmosphere",
I am looking for .... I try to imagine the people I used to love so much in
this "decor" which I will always like.
That's why, in the group, we speak so much about the best way and the best
manner how to travel back to our "decor" !!!
