I get the point now. As I don't have any special relationship to the museum management and I just enjoyed their excellent working Internet presence, I guess - and it's just a guess - they proceed(ed) as follows:
1. Establishing of the real museum
2. Virtual Internet presence in Ukrainian and Russian, covering the existing Permanent Exhibition
3. Virtual Internet presence in English, covering the existing Permanent Exhibition
4. Virtual Internet presence in German, covering the existing Permanent Exhibition (under construction)
5. Extension of the real exhibition by virtual contents (no space limitation, as you mentioned)
Steps 1 - 3 are done, let's hope, they will not stop there, as you are definitely right, that each and every subject you mentioned, is worthy a section. On my next journey to Czernowitz - still too cold for motorbiking - I'll take care of your questions, which are mine as well.
