Is there anyone out there in Czernowitzerspace that still has a copy of
Steinbarg's book? Is it still available somewhere, anywhere, somehow? It
certainly must be out of copyright by now (if it ever was in, in the
first place?).

I would be pleased to scan the book in it's entirety and place it on
Ehpes if I could find it, and if it's legal to do so. Failing that I
would be pleased to look at, or better, to own a copy. I know there are
Librarians on this list -- what say you?
