Hi Abraham,
There is an airline named Carpatair, which flies from Timisoara, Bucharest
and some other cities directly to Czernowitz. I have not flown with them
yet, but last year was supposed to fly with them and because of the eruption
of the volcano in Iceland, could not do so. I had bought my ticket in
advance, but they refunded me the money I had paid, in full and without any
problems.
