Hi Abraham! There is a Romanian airline called Carpatair that flies from
several airports in Western Europe, you might have to change plane in their
hub which is Timisoara but the times are very well co-ordinated. They use a
modern fleet of aircraft,both jet and turbo-prop. Absolutely no need to fly
to Kiev!! I have been told that another airline is planning flights to
Czernowitz, I will email when I have more details. Cornel
