   means : Being nuts is not a malady.
    But it seems to be a profession.
     In the latest Czernowitz survey it states clearly :

 Profession - lunatic.

My Father , Moritz (Moishe) Katz, was an electrician by trade. I have seen
a photo of the store in Czernowitz with a huge sign "KATZ" which he owned
and operated.
