The girls are still beautiful and the landscape - breathtaking, in new
Bukovyna.
Definitely worth a visit.
Does anyone know whether the girls are wearing Romanian or Ukrainian
costumes? The skirt which consists of a woolen, striped, handwoven
rectangle, held together at the waist with a belt?
In Romanian this was called "fusta", which I believe is a Greek word.
