[Cz-L] Map in Hebrew - where from?

This map and others have been published by Hannes Graf about 7 years ago in:

Hannes wrote to me:
"My good friend Michael Baiculescu found the Viennese "Mandelbaum-Verlag"
where the Mittelmann-book was republished and the maps included. I made a
Bukopwina-map-page in 2000. This has been the first maps in Internet at this
time, one of Bukowina, one of Czernowitz and one of Bukowina-Galicia in
Hebrew. After I had it at several domains, now it has been for 7 years at my
Scholem Alejchem web".
