>From the rumanian text of the ghetto declaration:

  " Following this, the Jewish population is hereby invited to move to the
designated area until 18 hrs ".
   Then comes the area description.
    Then a small remark ,at the end:
   " Any Jew found outside the ghetto after 18 hrs will be shot".

    An invitation you can't refuse.
