I know nothing about flights from Tel-Aviv to Kiev or from Kiev to
Czernowitz (now called Chernivtsi, but the airport is called the Chernovtsy
Airport (CWC). You can fly by Carpatair to Chernivtsi from Bucharest,
Athens, Greece or Timisoara Romania.
