Many thanks, Mimi, Harry, Edgar and Arthur - never in my life have I found professional travel agents and advisers so prompt and helpful.  Worry not about highwaymen who might try to rob me. I love adventure and it might provide an opportunity to pay back perhaps a descendant of one of the perpetrators of the Holocaust by legally maiming them.
