[Cz-L] Occupations Data Base

How does Simon Kreinder collect his information for the Occupations Data
Base? Does one have to contact him directly?
My maternal great-grandfather,Riwen( Rubin) Meschel lived on Synagogengasse
 in Czernowitz and was a tailor as shown on the city directory in 1898.
I'd like to have this listed.
