This gate is in its own way quite beautiful and certainly very ornate,
but I doubt that it is a Jewish gate. It is not in Jewish taste,
particularly the human face at the top of the frame. If we knew at what
number on the Sfântul Nicolae/Sankt Nikolausgasse it is located,
we could find from the address books, who lived in it.

Which reminds me, that it would be interesting to arrange the information
in address books according to street names. Do any of you know whether
there is a computer program which would do this?
