Re Rumanian citizenship
All born in Czernowitz at the time when it was Rumania can receive
Rumanian citizenship` they and their children and grandchildren. And
that means European citizenship, with the possibility to live and work
in all countries of United Europe. No wonder that many Bukowiner in
Israel, and possibly in other couturiers too, try to become Rumanian
citizenship The same applies to those born in Poland.
