If you are rich and famous and you die ,the newspapers will report
 it, you get eulogies and the most famous and rich will attend the funeral.
    Your hearse is drawn by 4 shining black horses and they have white masks
on.You are usually of the academic professions and so are all the
mourners.
    Your widow automatically becomes Doctorwitwe on Ratwitwe - a lifetime
    title.
        This is if you are a professor or a banker or famous in any other
way.
    The ad in the Tag alone cost a few hundred lei.
       This is if you had the cash.
        If you were poor they just put you in and placed a marker..
     There was a saying : "Gestorbn, bagrubn , of jener Welt wi gefinen"
       this is : Died, buried, on the other world ( in heaven?) newly found.
         There was a saying for all occasions.
