95% of them Doctor Juris, no connection to medicine.
When some time in 1946 in Bucarest I brought a letter from my father
to the math teacher explaining
that I had been ill at the date of an examination, he looked at the
signature and asked
what sort of Dr. is your father? For Children?Internist?
I had to answer (to the amusement of the whole class) : Doctor in Law.
So were some other hundreds, coming from Czernowitz.
