Technically we are not Czernowitzer either.
We spent the 10 - 15 first years of our life in Czernowitz.
   Half of this was Holocaust.
The most valuable education from this period is that
the world is hostile to us and would prefer we were gone.
What valuable treasures to instill ?
        Schiller , Busch ?
And as to Natural Sciences :
This old tree doesnt grow anything new .
If I drop into a puddle I make no waves, no ripples.
The water is as placid as before.
